• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Upload harmful content or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the service for more than 2 hours in a day, or more than 10 hours in a week

5. AI Service Disclaimers and Limitations

IMPORTANT: You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-Generated Content: All responses, advice, and suggestions provided by Ream's AI are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety advice.
• No Professional Relationship: Use of this service does not create any professional relationship between you and Ream App Limited or any licensed professionals.
• AI Limitations: AI systems can make errors, provide inappropriate suggestions, or generate harmful content. You must use your own judgment and common sense when evaluating any AI-generated advice or suggestions.
• Dangerous Activities: You must never follow AI suggestions that could result in harm to yourself or others.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any information or advice provided by the AI. You must consult appropriate professionals for serious matters affecting your health, safety, legal status, or wellbeing.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

6. Mental Health and Medical Disclaimers

Ream is not a replacement for medication or professional help and is not intended to be used as such. Ream is not intended to treat mental health conditions such as Anxiety or Depression. If you are struggling with acute mental health challenges, you must not use the application and instead consult a mental health professional for appropriate support. In case of emergency or immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• No Liability: Ream App Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages arising from following AI-generated advice or suggestions.
• Your Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ream App Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
• AI-Related Damages: You specifically acknowledge that Ream App Limited is not liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage resulting from following or acting upon AI-generated advice, recommendations, or suggestions, regardless of whether such content was inappropriate, harmful, or dangerous.
• Cap on Damages: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
